Hier nochmal ein paar Einzelheiten zur Serie:
Der Originaltitel lautet: „Oskyldigt dömd“ – also „Unschuldig verurteilt“.
Die Serie hat 12 in sich abgeschlossene Folgen.
Mikael spielt den Strafrechtsprofessor Markus Haglund von der Universität in Uppsala. Zusammen mit vier Jurastudenten nimmt er sich Fällen an, bei denen vermutet wird, das jemand unschuldig verurteilt wurde.
„Das Thema ist Aktuell, die Charaktäre sind schön und die Geschichten spannend. Ich freue mich auf die Dreharbeiten“ sagte Mikael in einer Pressemitteilung.
Bisher gibt es noch keine Informationen über weitere Schauspieler oder wer Regie führen wird. Die Dreharbeiten (in Stockholm und Umgebung) beginnen im Februar.
Produziert wird die Serie von Filmlance (die haben auch die Beck-Filme produziert)
Ausgestrahlt werden die zwölf Folgen im Herbst 2008 auf TV4.

It says "Markus is fighting in courts,in jails,on TV and in too many bars and the methods he is using are often unorthodox and risky.When they take on a case dangerous powers are brought to life-the best way to proof someone`s innonce is to find the real perpatrator.Markus and his co-workers are very involved in solving the riddles and finding the truth.But the road to the end is often frightening and dangerous.Is it OK to break the law to enforce it?"
It also says about Mikael`s character that even if he seems unsymphatetic,is a womanizer and has narcissitic traits,he`s a loveable character and a true idealist".

Es wurden jetzt erste Schauspieler bekannt, die mit Mikael in "Oskydigt dömd" spielen:
Marie Richardson (u.a. "Alla älskar Alice") spielt eine Staatsanwältin, die gleichzeitig auch die Ex-Frau von Markus Haglund (Mikaels Rolle) ist.
Francisco Sobrado soll einen der vier Jurastudenten darstellen.

I read the ones from DN and SVD and they`re very interesting.I also enjoyed the segment from Expressen,he was rather funny in it

In diesem Artikel von Kvällsposten geht es darum, dass Mikael für TV4 der Zuschauergarant sei wird, wenn die Serie im Herbst gesendet wird. TV4 braucht nach einem Riesenflop dringend einen Erfolg mit einer neuen Serie, deshalb haben die Produzenten Mikael die Hauptrolle auf den Leib geschrieben. Bei der Pressekonferenz stand er fast allein im Fokus des Medieninteresses. Die anderen vier Jungschauspieler, die seine Studis spielen, waren dabei lediglich Statisten: Kvällssposten

Scroll down to Professor Persbrandt",it`s a web TV segment where Mikael is interviewed.He and Helena af Sandeberg are laughing,and Mikael jokes about it saying they`ll have one of those stupid articles asking "why are they smiling so much"?
He is asked if he is inspired by any real life people concerning his character Markus Haglund.Mikael answers that he could use Leif GW Persson (an expert on criminology and crime author)as inspiration.But he thinks it wouldn`t work,so instead he uses his own experience just by living.
The reporter calls Haglund messy,while Mikael thinks this is according to other people.Instead he feels he is unconventional and that his life has been extragvagant with women and bars.
He is asked if there`s anything concerning law that he finds interesting,Mikael answers the question of morality,ethics when it comes to the world of corruption and violence.The reporter wonders wheter he has any favorites among similar series,he answers that he hasn`t seen many series but wonders wheter CSI is such a series.

"Persbrandt as intellectual rebel"
His character is described as a gifted,but messy person who drinks too much,takes lightly on his job as a researcher and doesn`t steer clear of sex with his female students.On TV4`s web site they call him a womanizer with narcissistic features".Mikael would rather call him unconventional and excentric.
Because his character is threatend to be kicked out of the house he has gotten through his work,he has agreed on doing one of his old courses,Innocently convicted.
Most of the cases are about violence,but it`s not really an action series.It`s more about law,ethics and moral standards.But in a light way.
The main role has been specially written for Mikael.He accepted it not just because he liked the script and the other actors.It was also important that the shooting took place in Stockholm.
"Nowadays most movies are done in Trollhättan or Umeå.But if you`ve got a family it`s nice to be able to return home during the evening.He also feels lucky to be able to work with these young talents".

He is refering to the four young actors who play his students,Sofia Ledarp (the involved daughter of a criminal),Helena af Sandeberg (the worn down career woman Anna),Fransisco Sobrado (the ambitious immigrant Belal Al-Muhktar) and Leonard Terfelt (the nice,but overly ambitious former police officer).
His co-stars all agree it`s a joy playing opposite Mikael.He is very knowledgeable and funny.We laugh a lot at this shooting,the quartet says in unison.
The shooting is done in a high tempo, the average is eight days per episode.If the series is a success they might do up to four seasons.
