Bevor überhaupt eine Folge gesendet wurde, steht fest, dass es weitere 12 Folgen der Anwalts-Serie geben wird. Die Schauspieler werden die gleichen sein (also auch Mikael), bloß für die Drehbücher hat man "frische" Schreiber verpflichtet. Die legen jetzt mit ihrer Arbeit los, damit (vorauss.) im Frühjahr 2009 die Dreharbeiten für die zweite Staffel beginnen können.

This is rather bold,but with Mikael having the main part,it can`t go wrong  Where did you hear this?

"Oskyldigt dömd" hat Ende September (Woche 39) Premiere auf TV4.

TV4 presented their programs for the fall and Mikael got all the attention because of his new series Oskyldigt dömd.
He says "It was an opportunity to do a new role for a broad audience.Unfortunately I`m most well known for Gunvald Larsson".
The viewers are presented for his character in the first episode,the law professor Markus Haglund in Uppsala,who makes his best to depict himself as an alcoholic narcissist,a real ass,some people would say.
But Persbrandt doesn`t see any similarities between that and his parade role in Beck.
"One of them is an academic,the other hates academics.I`m somewhere in the middle myself,"he says.

He is asked about his confidence in the Swedish legal system."It`s good.But sure,there are errors and many are innocently convicted in our jails."
"But I`m an actor,not a lawyer.And the TV series is entertainment,no political pamphlet."
He talks about the intensive shooting,with twelve episodes done in a few months."As an actor you have to deal with the more and more hectic,American tempo,which can make it difficult to give life to the characters".He compares it to his efforts in Jan Troell`s movie Maria Larsson`s eviga ögonblick,which premiers at the end of October (is this correct?)
"With Troell you shoot one and a half minute per day,with Oskyldigt dömd a whole TV episode in a week`s time."
Most of the cases in Oskyldigt dömd are inspired by real cases and the criminals are often police officers,lawyers and other powerful people.
"The bad guys are the ones in a tie,those you trust,Fransisco Sobrado says,one of the law students in the series,together with Helena af Sandeberg and Sofia Ledarp.He says he enjoyed playing opposite Mikael."It was demanding,but also really a lot of fun.How demanding? You can figure that out yourself,says Terfeldt.
Mikael is asked wheter he sometimes feels "innocently convicted"? "No.Or yes..By the media.You`ve got a headline here,says one of Sweden`s most popular actors.

Mikael talks about Oskyldigt dömd (feels he don`t need more time on the little screen,but felt that this was nice entertainment in prime time TV,he feels it doesn`t matter what he thinks of the end result of the series since actors nowadays have to struggle with an extreme production tempo).He says he has one day off once a week so he can spend time with his son and he also sees to it that he can deliver and pick up at the kinder garden too.
He says it`s nice doing two new Beck movies this fall and that he is trying to get through the script for Waiting for Godot.He says it`s extremely hard and that it`s a resistance before you start working with it.

I watched the first episode yesterday and I really enjoyed it.It was thrilling and it showed that people in power often is the bad guy.I also liked Mikael`s character Markus Haglund,he is rather exentric but obviously very talented.Looking forward to the next episode
